First of all, do Broadway Soundtracks belong on the list? Secondly, I saw Hamilton in May of 2019 and the list was already well on it's way to being completed. Either way I absolutely had to mention it here because it was just as good if not better than the best live shows I saw this decade.

The subject matter and sparse ever so real delivery of this tragic real life event made it impossible for me to rank in this list or my 2017 year end list. I've only been able to listen to this in its entirety once. This isn't music, it goes beyond music. Its a real man dealing with the real death of his wife.
